老年反流性食管炎患者护理中实施护理干预措施的临床效果研究

Clinical effect of nursing intervention in elderly patients with reflux esophagitis

目的研究老年反流性食管炎患者护理中实施护理干预措施的临床效果。方法选取我院老年反流性食管炎患者120例,患者收取时间在2016年6月~2017年12月,将老年反流性食管炎患者120例随机分为观察组、对照组,观察组60例患者进行护理干预,对照组60例患者进行常规护理,将两组老年反流性食管炎患者的各项指标进行对比。结果观察组老年反流性食管炎患者的不良反应发生率3.33%低于对照组患者(P<0.05),观察组老年反流性食管炎患者的满意度评分(90.15±0.25)分和住院时间(10.21±1.15)d优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论通过对老年反流性食管炎患者实施护理干预后,能降低多种不良反应,缩短患者住院时间,提高患者满意度评分,促进患者较快康复,值得推广和进一步应用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of nursing intervention measures in elderly patients with reflux esophagitis.Methods One hundred and twenty elderly patients with reflux esophagitis in our hospital were selected and collected from June 2016 to December 2017.120 elderly patients with reflux esophagitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group.60 patients in the observation group were received nursing intervention.60 patients in the control group were received routine nursing.The indexes of two groups of elderly patients with reflux esophagitis were compared.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in elderly patients with reflux esophagitis in the observation group was 3.33%lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction score(90.15±0.25)and hospitalization time(10.21±1.15)d of the elderly patients with reflux esophagitis in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention for elderly patients with reflux esophagitis can reduce many kinds of adverse reactions,shorten the hospitalization time of patients,improve the scores of patients'satisfaction,and promote the rapid recovery of patients,which is worthy of promotion and further application.
