优质康复护理路径用于肝癌介入治疗术前后护理的效果分析

目的分析探讨优质康复护理路径用于肝癌介入治疗术前后护理的效果。方法抽选2012年10月~2017年9月在我院采用介入治疗的50例肝癌患者进行研究,随机分为两组,对照组和康复组,对照组患者采用常规优质护理干预,康复组在常规优质护理干预的基础上再按照康复护理路径进行护理,通过调查问卷方式,分析比较两组患者的护理效果和患者满意度。结果通过调查问卷的数据结果显示,康复组的住院时间比对照组的住院时间明显缩短。康复组术后并发症的发生率明显少于对照组,康复组对护理的满意度大大高于对照组,两组临床效果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论介入治疗肝癌,手术前后按优质康复护理路径给予护理措施,能够有效减轻患者痛苦,延长生存期,提高患者生存质量,满意度大大提升,取得显著的临床效果,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of high quality rehabilitation nursing path in nursing care of patients with liver cancer before and after interventional therapy.Methods From October 2012 to September 2017,50 patients with liver cancer who were treated with interventional therapy in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups:control group and rehabilitation group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine quality nursing intervention,and the rehabilitation group was carried out nursing according to rehabilitation nursing path on the basis of the routine high quality nursing intervention.The nursing effect and satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed and compared by questionnaire.Results The data of the questionnaire showed that the hospitalization time of rehabilitation group was significantly shorter than that of control group.The incidence of postoperative complications in the rehabilitation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the satisfaction of nursing in the rehabilitation group was much higher than that in the control group.The difference in clinical effect between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Interventional treatment of liver cancer,preoperative and postoperative care measures based on high quality rehabilitation nursing path can effectively relieve the pain of patients,prolong the survival time,improve the quality of life of patients,improve the satisfaction of patients,and achieve a significant clinical effect.It is worth popularizing and applying.
