围术期不同护理干预模式对腮腺良性肿瘤患者的临床应用效果分析

Effect of perioperative nursing intervention on patients with benign parotid tumors

目的探讨围术期不同护理干预模式对腮腺良性肿瘤患者的临床应用效果。方法收集100例腮腺良性肿瘤患者,根据随机数字表法将患者分为实验和对照组,实验组实施围术期全程综合护理干预模式,对照组实施围术期常规护理干预模式,比较两组护理模式在腮腺良性肿瘤手术预后;手术和住院相关指标、护理满意评价;干预前后患者精神性因子评分;并发症发生率方面的差异。结果两组患者在手术预后、手术时间、住院费用、护理满意评、干预后精神性因子评分、术后并发症发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组在干预前精神性因子评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论围术期不同护理干预模式对腮腺良性肿瘤患者的临床应用效果不同,全程综合护理不仅能改善患者精神状况,缩短手术时间和减少医疗费用,还能降低并发症的发生率,提升患者满意度。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of different nursing intervention modes on patients with benign parotid tumors during the perioperative period.Methods A total of 100 patients with benign parotid tumors were divided into experimental and control groups according to the random number table.The experimental group received perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention mode,while the control group received routine nursing intervention mode.The two groups of nursing modes were compared in the prognosis of benign parotid tumor,the related indexes of operation and hospitalization,the evaluation of nursing satisfaction,the mental factor scores of the patients before and after intervention,and the difference in the incidence of complications.Results The difference between the experimental group and the control group in the operation prognosis,the operation time,the hospitalization cost,the satisfaction of nursing,the score of mental factor and the incidence of postoperative complications were statistically significant(P<0.05).And there was no significant difference in mental factor scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).Conclusion Different nursing intervention modes in perioperative period have different effect on the clinical application of parotid benign tumor.Comprehensive whole nursing can not only improve the mental state of the patients,shorten the time of operation and reduce the cost of medical treatment,but also reduce the incidence of complications and improve the satisfaction of the patients.
