选优配强管理干部队伍是高等医科院校和卫生健康事业快速良好发展的重要保障。本文从加强高等医科院校管理干部队伍建设的重要意义和紧迫性入手,对当前高等医科院校管理干部队伍的主要特点和存在的问题进行了全面分析和深入思考,并提出强化理想信念教育、加强干部选拔任用、提高培训质量、完善考核体系、提升工资待遇等一系列优化和改善管理干部队伍建设的有效措施。

Excellent management team of the medical college is an important guarantee for the rapid and better progress of medical college and medical and health services.This article analyzed thoroughly the main characteristics and flaws of the administrators in medical college starting from the significance and urgency of the construction of management team in the medical college.Finally,proposed that strengthening the education of ideal and belief,promoting the selecting and appointing the cadres of the administrators,improving the quality of training,upgrading the performance evaluation system and raising the level of treatment could further optimize and improve the construction of management team.
