风险管理应用于骨科护理管理中的临床研究

Application study of risk management in orthopedics nursing management

目的探究风险管理应用于骨科护理管理中的临床效果。方法研究对象为我院2016年8月~2017年7月收治的88例骨折患者,按照入院治疗顺序,将2016年8月~2017年1月期间入院治疗的患者分为对照组(44例),将2017年2~8月期间入院治疗的患者分为观察组(44例),给予对照组患者传统护理模式,观察组患者在对照组基础上,添加风险管理理念。结果实施风险管理模式后,观察组护理人员的风险意识评分均有显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且对照组患者风险事故的发生率为13.62%,观察组患者风险事故的发生率仅为2.27%,两组患者风险事故发生率经比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在骨科疾病患者的护理中应用风险管理,在效降低风险事故的发生率的同时,还可避免医疗纠纷的出现,临床上有其不可或缺的作用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of risk management in orthopedics nursing management.Methods From August 2016 to July 2017,88 cases of fracture patients treated in our hospital were selected as study object,according to admission order treatment,the hospitalized patients during the period from August 2016 to January 2017 were divided into control group(44 cases),the patients who admitted to the hospital from February 2017 to August 2017 were divided into observation group(44 cases),the patients in control group were given traditional nursing model,the patients in the observation group were added with risk management concept on the basis of the control group.Methods After implementing the risk management mode,the risk consciousness scores of the nursing staff awareness in the observation group were significantly increased(P<0.05).And the risk accident rate of patients in the control group was 13.62%,in the observation group was only 2.27%,the incidence of risk accidents in the two groups was statistically significant,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of risk management in the nursing care of patients in orthopedics can also reduce the incidence of risk accidents and avoid the emergence of medical disputes,and it has its indispensable role in clinical practice.
