微信管理对提升舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂治疗过敏性鼻炎患者依从性的影响

Effect of We Chat management on improving compliance of patients with allergic rhinitis treated with Dermatophagoides Farinae Drops sublingual therapy

目的分析在舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂治疗过敏性鼻炎中应用微信管理对患者依从性的影响。方法选取140例2016年5~11月门诊诊治的过敏性鼻炎患者,研究组90例,对照组50例,均给予舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂治疗,在治疗过程中对照组给予常规随访宣教,研究组实施微信管理,观察两组患者治疗依从性和临床疗效。结果研究组与对照组治疗依从率分别为85.6%和70.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后鼻炎症状评分为(1.7±0.5)分,对照组症状评分为(2.6±0.8)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组临床有效率为81.1%,对照组有效率为68.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微信管理在舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂治疗患者中的应用,可有效提高患者的治疗依从性,缓解患者临床症状,从而提高临床疗效。

Objective To analyze the effect of WeChat management on improving compliance of patients with allergic rhinitis treated with Dermatophagoides Farinae Drops sublingual therapy.Methods From May 2016 to November 2016,140 patients with allergic rhinitis were selected from the outpatient department,90 cases in the study group and 50 cases in the control group.All patients were treated with sublingual Dermatophagoides Farinae Drops.During the treatment,the control group received routine follow-up education,while the study group received WeChat management.The treatment compliance and clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed.Results The treatment compliance rates of the study group and the control group were 85.6%and 70%respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rhinitis symptom score of the study group was(1.7±0.5),while the control group's symptom score was(2.6±0.8).There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The clinical effective rate of the study group was 81.1%,and the effective rate of the control group was 68.0%,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of WeChat management in the treatment of patients with Dermatophagoides Farinae Drops sublingual therapy can effectively improve the compliance of the patients,relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the clinical efficacy.
