顺铂热灌注治疗恶性胸水的疗效观察

Observation of the therapeutic effect of cisplatin in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion

目的观察顺铂热灌注治疗恶性胸水的临床效果。方法将我院2016年7月~2017年10月收治的60例恶性胸水患者根据住院病床单双号不同分为对照组30例(单号)与实验组30例(双号),对照组使用单纯胸腔灌注化疗,实验组采用顺铂体腔热灌注化疗,对比两组患者治疗有效率、治疗前后KPS评分及治疗过程中不良反应情况。结果实验组治疗有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的53.33%,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者经过治疗后KPS评分均有所提升,实验组治疗后KPS评分明显优于对照组,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组不良反应发生率为76.67%,对照组为70.00%,组间数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论顺铂热灌注治疗恶性胸水疗效显著,能够有效改善患者健康状况,且安全性较高,值得临床应用与推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of cisplatin hyperthermia in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion.Methods 60 patients with malignant pleural effusion who were treated in our hospital from July 2016 to October 2017 were divided into control group(30 cases,single number)and experimental group(30 cases,double number)according to the odd and even number of inpatient beds.The patients in the control group were treated with pure pleural perfusion chemotherapy,while the experimental group was treated with cisplatin and intravesical hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy.The effective rate,the KPS score before and after treatment and the adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 93.33%,obviously higher than 53.33%in the control group.The difference of data between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The KPS score of the 2 groups was improved after treatment.The KPS score of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group.The difference of data between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 76.67%and 70%in the control group,with no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Cisplatin hyperthermia in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion is effective.It can effectively improve the health status of patients,and has high safety.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
