摘要 目的研究脑电图在癫痫诊断中的应用价值,为癫痫诊断方案的科学选择提供参考。方法随机抽取我院2016年8月~2017年5月期间接受常规脑电图诊断的人员60名,其中30例确诊为癫痫患者(观察组),剩余的30名为健康人群(对照组),分析比较两组人员的癫痫检出率。结果两组人员在局灶痫样和广泛性异常发生情况差异不大,观察组人员的枕区痫样、颞区痫样、中央性痫样、颞区痫样发生情况均高于对照组人员,观察组人员的异常检出率明显高于对照组人员的检出率,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论常规脑电图更能较为精确地检测出癫痫患者,具有较高的应用价值,值得临床推广应用,同时加强动态脑电图的应用研究。 Objective To study the application value of electroencephalogram in the diagnosis of epilepsy,and provide reference for the scientific choice of the diagnosis of epilepsy.Methods From August 2016 to May 2017,60 patients who were diagnosed by routine electroencephalogram(EEG)in our hospital were randomly selected.Among them,30 cases were diagnosed as epilepsy(observation group)and the remaining 30 cases were healthy people(control group),the detection rate of epilepsy was analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in the occurrence of focal epileptiform and generalized abnormality.The occipital epileptiform,temporal epileptiform,central epileptiform and temporal epileptiform in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The abnormal detection rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Routine EEG can detect epileptic patients more accurately.It has high application value,and is worthy of clinical application.At the same time,we should strengthen the applied research of ambulatory EEG.
