岩藻糖介导微生物与肠道上皮细胞的互作及其机制 被引量:4

摘要 岩藻糖是肠道上皮细胞黏蛋白糖基化的重要糖基,可以作为肠道微生物的能量物质,参与肠道微生物的黏附、定植以及免疫调节,对于促进肠道微生物稳态,维持肠道健康有重要作用。本文主要对岩藻糖基化过程,岩藻糖在肠道中的积极调控作用以及肠道微生物、免疫细胞对岩藻糖表达的诱导进行综述,以期为维持肠道微生物稳态和肠道健康提供新的参考。 Fucose is an important sugar group of fucosylation in intestinal epithelial cells.As an energy source for gut microbiota,fucose is involved in the adhesion,planting and immune regulation of microbiota,which plays an important role in promoting gut microbial homeostasis and keeping intestine health.In this review,we elucidated the process of fucosylation,constructive regulatory roles of fucose in gut microbiota,induction of intestinal microbiota and immune cells on fucosylation,which potentially provided theoretical foundation for improving the homeostasis of intestinal microbiota and health of intestine.
