不同精油与酸化剂组合对肉仔鸡肠炎沙门氏菌感染的控制效果研究 被引量:18

Effects of Different Combinations of Essential Oil and Organic Acid on Salmonella enteritidis Infection of Broiler Chickens

摘要 本试验旨在研究不同精油与酸化剂组合对肉仔鸡肠炎沙门氏菌感染的控制效果。选择840只无肠炎沙门氏菌感染的1日龄爱拔益加肉仔鸡,随机分为7组,分别饲养在7个构造相同但互不相通的房间内,每组6个重复,每个重复20只鸡,公母各占1/2。1组(对照组)饲喂基础饲粮,2组(抗生素组)饲喂在基础饲粮中添加40 g/t盐酸恩诺沙星的试验饲粮,3~7组(精油与酸化剂组)饲喂在基础饲粮中分别添加800 g/t不同有机酸与精油组合(组合A、B、C、D、E)的试验饲粮。14日龄时,每只鸡灌服200μL SDBL-1肠炎沙门氏菌菌液(5×107CFU/mL)。攻毒后2、7和14 d,即16、21和28日龄时,每个重复随机选2只鸡,采血、屠宰、取样。试验期28 d,分1~21日龄和22~28日龄2个饲养阶段。结果发现:1)在攻毒前、后,与对照组相比,组合A显著降低肉仔鸡的料重比(P<0.05),而组合D和E分别仅在攻毒后和攻毒前改善生产性能(P<0.05)。2)基于组织载菌量,组合A和D对肉仔鸡肠炎沙门氏菌感染表现出良好的控制效果。3)感染肠炎沙门氏菌后,与对照组相比,组合A显著降低28日龄肉仔鸡的血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量(P<0.05),显著增加16日龄血清免疫球蛋白G(Ig G)含量(P<0.05),而组合E正好相反。由此表明,组合A和D均能抑制肉仔鸡肠炎沙门氏菌,其中组合A适合长期饲喂,而组合D仅推荐在感染状态下使用。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different combinations of essential oil and organic acid on Salmonella enteritidis(SE)infection of broiler chickens.A total of 840 1-day-old Arbor Acres broiler chickens hatchlings without SE infection were randomly allotted into 7 groups and housed in separate rooms with the same configuration,and with 6 replicates per group and 20 birds(males and females in half)per replicate.The broiler chickens in group 1(control group)were fed a basal diet,those in group 2(antibiotic group)were fed the basal diet supplemented with 40 g/t enrofloxacin HCl,and those in groups 3 to 7(essential oil and organic acid groups)were fed the basal diet supplemented with 800 g/t different combinations of essential oil and organic acid(combinations A,B,C,D,E),respectively.At 14 days of age,each bird was orally inoculated with 200μL SDBL-1 SE bacterial fluid(5×10 7 CFU/mL).Two birds randomly selected from each replicate were taken blood,slaughtered and sampled at 2,7 and 14 days post-challenge(16,21 and 28 days of age,respectively).The experiment lasted for 28 days,including 2 feeding stages of 1 to 21 days of age and 22 to 28 days of age.The results showed as follows:1)compared with control group,combination A significantly decreased the ratio of feed to gain(F/G)of broiler chickens before and after bacterial inoculation(P<0.05),whereas combinations E and D enhanced growth performance only in pre-and post-challenge period respectively(P<0.05).2)In terms of bacterial load in tissues,combinations A and D offered a good control effects on SE infection of broiler chickens.3)After SE infection,compared with control group,combination A significantly decreased the contents of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in serum of broiler chickens at 28 days of age(P<0.05),and significantly increased the content of immunoglobulin G(IgG)in serum at 16 days of age(P<0.05).The reverse trend was observed for combination E.In conclusion,combinations A and D have great inhibitory effect on SE of broiler chickens,but combination A is suitable for long-term feeding,and combination D is recommended to be used only after infection.
