摘要
本试验旨在评定喷浆玉米皮在樱桃谷肉鸭上的代谢能,并建立其代谢能的化学组分预测方程。试验选择体重为(3.3±0.3)kg的56日龄樱桃谷肉公鸭60只,随机分为6组,每组10个重复,每个重复1只鸭,其中一组作为内源组。采用真代谢能(TME)评定法,强饲单一原料,强饲量为肉鸭体重的2%,禁食排空期为48 h,强饲后,用集粪袋收集排泄物48 h。结果表明,喷浆玉米皮营养组分中粗脂肪和粗纤维含量的变异较大,按照国际饲料分类方法,部分样品属于能量饲料,部分样品属于蛋白质饲料。喷浆玉米皮的表观代谢能(AME)、氮校正表观代谢能(AMEn)、TME和氮校正真代谢能(TMEn)分别为(6.36±1.61)MJ/kg、(6.58±1.57)MJ/kg、(7.84±1.54)MJ/kg、(7.29±1.50)MJ/kg,变异较大,且其TMEn的最优预测方程为:TMEn=-0.219×中性洗涤纤维+16.940(R2=0.881 4,P=0.001 7)。由此可见,不同批次喷浆玉米皮在樱桃谷肉鸭上的AME、TME、AMEn、TMEn存在较大差异;利用化学组分建立的喷浆玉米皮TM En的预测方程决定系数(R2)较大,说明方程具有较强的可靠性和参考意义。
This study was conducted to evaluate the metabolizable energy of corn gluten feed in Cherry Valley meat ducks,and further to establish the prediction equations for its metabolizable energy value based on chemical composition.Sixty 56-day-old Cherry Valley meal meat ducks with body weight of(3.3±0.3)kg were randomly allotted into 6 groups with 10 replicates per group and 1 duck per replicate,and one group was allocated as the endogenous group.The true metabolizable energy(TME)method was used,meat ducks were force-fed with 2%body weight of corn gluten feed after 48 h of fasting,and all excretion of each duck was collected with bags for 48 h after force-fed.The results showed that the contents of ether extract and crude fiber of chemical composition in corn gluten feed presented a large coefficient of variation.Some samples of spouting corn bran belonged energy feeds,and some belonged to protein feeds according to international feed classification method.The apparent metabolizable energy(AME),nitrogen-corrected apparent metabolizable energy(AMEn),TME,and nitrogen-corrected true metabolizable energy(TMEn)of corn gluten feed were(6.36±1.61)MJ/kg,(6.58±1.57)MJ/kg,(7.84±1.54)MJ/kg and(7.29±1.50)MJ/kg,respectively.The best TMEn prediction equation of corn gluten feed was TMEn=-0.219NDF+16.940(R 2=0.881 4,P=0.001 7).These results suggested that there is a wide change of AME,AMEn,TME and TMEn of spouting corn bran;the determinant coefficient(R 2)of prediction equation of TMEn established by chemical compositions of corn gluten feed is larger,it shows that the equation has strong reliability and reference significance.
