摘要
本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加不同水平吡咯喹啉醌二钠(PQQ·Na_2)对爱拔益加(AA)肉仔鸡生长性能、血液生理和血浆生化指标、器官发育和组织学结构的影响,从而评价PQQ·Na_2对肉仔鸡的生物安全性。试验采用单因子完全随机设计,选用240只1日龄AA肉仔鸡,随机分为4个组,每个组6个重复,每个重复10只鸡(公、母各5只)。各组分别饲喂PQQ·Na_2添加水平为0、0.3、1.5和3.0 mg/kg的试验饲粮。试验期为49 d。结果表明:饲粮PQQ·Na_2添加水平对21和49日龄肉仔鸡生长性能、血液生理和血浆生化指标及49日龄脏器指数均无显著影响(P>0.05),且并未引起主要器官的组织学结构变化。因此,肉仔鸡玉米-豆粕型饲粮中PQQ·Na_2的最高有效添加水平为0.3 mg/kg时,具有10倍的安全系数,对肉仔鸡饲喂是安全的。
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary pyrroloquinoline quinone disodium salt(PQQ·Na 2)supplemental level on growth performance,blood physiological parameters,plasma biochemical parameters,organ development and histopathological changes of Arbor Acres(AA)broilers,so as to evaluate the biological safety of PQQ·Na 2 for broilers.A total of 240 one-day-old AA broilers were randomly allocated to four groups with six replicates per group and ten broilers per replicate(half male and half female)using a completely randomized design.Birds were fed the diets supplemented with 0,0.3,1.5 or 3.0 mg/kg PQQ·Na 2 for an experimental duration of 49 days.The results indicated that dietary PQQ·Na 2 supplemental levels had no significant effects on the growth performance,blood physiological parameters and plasma biochemical parameters of broilers at 21 and 49 days of age,and organ indices of broilers at 49 days of age(P>0.05),as well as the histopathological changes of major organs.Therefore,the maximum of effective supplemental level of PQQ·Na 2 in the corn-soybean meal diet is recommended to be 0.3 mg/kg,the 10 times of appropriate PQQ·Na 2 supplemental level which is safe for broilers.
