摘要
本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加不同水平壳聚糖对蛋种鸡血清中脂类物质及脂肪细胞因子含量的影响。试验选择26周龄健康海兰褐蛋种鸡450只,随机分为5组,每组6个重复,每个重复15只鸡。对照组饲喂不添加壳聚糖的基础饲粮,4个试验组分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加250、500、1 000和2 000 mg/kg壳聚糖的试验饲粮。试验期为56 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,饲粮添加250、500、1 000和2 000 mg/kg壳聚糖可不同程度地降低试验第28天和第56天蛋种鸡血清中总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、游离脂肪酸(FFA)的含量及肝脏FFA含量。试验第28天时,与对照组相比,饲粮添加250、500和1 000 mg/kg壳聚糖可显著降低蛋种鸡血清中甘油三酯(TG)含量(P≤0.05),添加500 mg/kg壳聚糖可显著降低蛋种鸡血清中极低密度脂蛋白(VLDL)含量(P≤0.05),添加250、500、1 000和2 000 mg/kg壳聚糖可显著降低蛋种鸡血清中瘦素(LEP)含量(P≤0.05),添加250 mg/kg壳聚糖可显著增加蛋种鸡血清中高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量(P≤0.05)。试验第28天和第56天时,蛋种鸡血清TC含量随壳聚糖添加水平增加均呈现显著的线性下降(P<0.01);试验第28天时,蛋种鸡血清TG(P<0.01)、HDL-C(P<0.01)、FFA(P=0.04)和VLDL含量(P<0.01)与壳聚糖添加水平呈显著的二次曲线关系,通过回归分析得出壳聚糖添加水平在652.56~967.18 mg/kg时对上述指标有较好的调节效果。由此可见,饲粮添加壳聚糖可改善蛋种鸡体内脂质代谢的健康水平,且其对蛋种鸡血清脂类物质含量及肝脏FFA含量的影响与其添加水平有关。
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of chitosan with different supplemental lev-els on serum lipid and adipocytokine contents of laying breeders.Four hundred and fifty 26-week-old Hy-Line brown laying breeders were randomly assigned to 5 groups with 6 replicates in each group and each replicate contained 15 chickens.Chickens in 5 groups were fed experimental diets containing 0(control),250,500,1 000 and 2 000 mg/kg chitosan,respectively.The trial lasted for 56 days.The results showed as follows:compared with control group,diets supplemented with 250,500,1 000 and 2 000 mg/kg chitosan could re-duce the contents of total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),free fatty acids(FFA)in serum and the content of FFA in liver of laying breeders in different degrees on the days 28 and 56 of the experiment.On the day 28 of experiment,compared with control group,diets supplemented with 250,500 and 1 000 mg/kg chitosan could significantly reduce the serum triglyceride(TG)content(P≤0.05),supplemented with 500 mg/kg chitosan could significantly reduce the serum very low density lipoprotein(VLDL)content(P≤0.05),supplemented with 250,500,1 000 and 2 000 mg/kg chitosan could signifi-cantly reduce the serum leptin(LEP)content(P≤0.05),and supplemented with 500 mg/kg chitosan could significantly increase the serum high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)content(P≤0.05).On the days 28 and 56 of experiment,the serum TC content of laying breeders showed a significant linear decreasing rela-tionship with the chitosan supplemental level(P<0.01).On the day 28 of experiment,the serum TG(P<0.01),HDL-C(P<0.01),FFA(P=0.04)and VLDL contents(P<0.01)showed a significant quadratic curve relationship with chitosan supplemental level,and when chitosan supplemental level was 652.56 to 967.18 mg/kg,it could better regulate the above indexes.It is concluded that the supplementation of chitosan can improve the healthy level of lipid metabolism in laying breeders,and the effects of chitosan on the contents of lipids in serum and the content of FFA in liver are related to its supplemental level.
