对国产高锰酸盐指数在线监测仪的性能探究

利用高锰酸盐指数在线监测仪对地表水中高锰酸盐指数进行实时监测能够及时了解地表水质的污染状况,尽快发现异常,迅速做出合理的应对措施。针对一款国产的高锰酸盐指数在线监测仪对其进行常规和特别性能指标探究,并与进口仪器及实验室手工测定值进行比对,希望能找出其不足,从而促进国产仪器的快速发展。实验结果表明国产仪器的检出限、精密度、准确度、线性范围、抗离子干扰能力较好,但记忆效应不明显,稳定性较差。

The use of online monitor of CO〇Mn to monitor the CO〇Mn in surface water can help us understand the surface water pollution status,discovers anomalies as soon as possible,and promptly makes appropriate response measures.In this paper,a domestic online monitor of CO〇Mn is used to investigate the conventional and special performance indicators,and compared with the imported instruments and laboratory manual measured values,hoping to find out its shortcomings,thus promoting the rapid development of domestic instruments.The experimental results show that the detection limit,precision,accuracy,linear range,and anti-ion interference ability ofdomestic instruments are excellent,but the memory effect is not obvious and the stability is poor.
