2014—2016年江西省食品安全企业标准备案情况及分析

Analysis and record situation of food safety enterprise standards in 2014—2016 in Jiangxi province

目的了解2014—2016年江西省食品安全企业标准备案工作现状,为食品安全企业标准备案工作健康发展提供有效数据。方法收集2014—2016年江西省内食品安全企业标准备案相关信息并进行统计分析。结果2014—2016年江西省食品安全企业标准备案总数2 748份,其中宜春地区最多,占全省备案总数的33.8%。全省备案中共涉及27类产品,其中,饮料类产品和保健食品较多,分别占3年备案总数的26.65%和24.10%。结论结合江西省工作实践,提出进一步规范企业标准备案工作的建议。

Objective To investigate the current situation of food safety enterprise standards in Jiangxi province from 2014 to 2016,and to provide basic data for the record of food safety enterprise standards.Methods Collect data of food safety enterprise standards from 2014 to 2016 in Jiangxi province and analyze statistics.Results From 2014 to 2016,the total number of Jiangxi food safety enterprise standards was 2748,of which Yichun accounted for the most,accounting for 33.8%of the province's total.There are 27 kinds of products in the province's record,among which there are more beverage products and health foods,accounting for 26.65%and 24.10%of the total three years respectively.Conclusion Combined with the work practice,this paper put forward some suggestions to further standardize the work of enterprise standard filing.
