高校职能论视角下的园校合作问题分析 被引量:4

摘要 在"园校合作"中,存在着合作双方地位不平等、合作流于形式、合作无法达到有效融合等问题,这些问题的出现与双方在合作中所扮演的角色有关。就高校而言,教师、专家、社会服务者是其基本角色,但实际上高校却忽视了其社会服务者的角色扮演,致使双方合作出现问题。因此,高校应该辩证认识自身的多元角色,在发挥教师和专家角色的同时注意从"社会服务者"的角度与幼儿园建立起合作互惠的关系,以达成共同发展的双赢局面。 In the collaboration between college and kindergarten,there are many problems,such as the unequal position of the two parties in the collaboration,the pro forma collaboration,ineffective infusion of the collaboration,etc.,which are related to the role played by themrespectively.As to the college,teacher,expert and social servicer are the basic roles,and the role played by social servicer is often neglected,leading to some problems in the collaboration.Therefore,college should recognize its own multi-role dialectically,and pay attention to establishing a mutual and collaborative relationship with kindergarten fromthe perspective of“social service”while exerting the roles of teacher and expert,achieving the purpose of win-win situation.
