基于移动终端的大学生健康信息搜寻行为研究

Research on Mobile-based Health Information Search Behavior of University Students

文章采用问卷调查法和访谈法,对330名使用移动终端搜寻健康信息的大学生用户进行调查,并用SPSS20.0对问卷数据进行分析,结果发现:(1)移动终端环境下大学生搜寻的健康内容与传统渠道并无本质不同;(2)搜寻习惯不同;(3)搜寻行为包括搜索、浏览、偶遇和跟踪等四种类型;(4)对专业类健康网站的关注和持续搜寻意愿不强;(5)健康信息筛选的有限理性;(6)安全性、可用性、易用性和健康信息质量是影响大学生利用移动终端进行健康信息搜寻的主要因素。

This article,in order to explore the behavior characteristics of health information search of university students and improve their search experience,investigates 330 university students who use mobile terminals to search for health information by using the questionnaire survey method and interview method,and analyzes the questionnaire data with SPSS 20.0.The results are as follows:there is no essential difference between the search contents with mobile terminals and traditional channels;there is difference between their search habits;the search behaviors includes four types:search,browse,encounter and tracking;there is no strong concern about professional health websites and continuous search,and there is limited rationality of health information screening;safety,usability,accessibility and health information quality are the main factors that affect the health information search of university students while using mobile terminals.
