“互联网+”背景下地震台站公共服务模式创新研究

摘要 随着互联网技术的深入发展,防震减灾公共服务也日益多元化和便捷化。针对甘肃省地震台站防震减灾公共服务领域中存在的制度不健全、供给能力不足、互动性不强和效能评估机制不完善等问题,提出"互联网+"背景下地震台站创新公共服务方式、促进防震减灾公共服务真正落地见效的思路和建议,以推动甘肃省地震台站工作从注重行业自身服务逐步向重视防震减灾公共服务转化。 With the development of internet technology,the public service methods of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction are becoming more and more diversified and convenient.Aim at the problems such as lack of system arrangement,insufficient supply capacity,weak interaction and imperfect efficiency evaluation mechanism in the public service field of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction in gansu province seismic stations,propose the ideas and suggestions for the innovation of public service in seismic stations under the background of"internet plus",to promote the gansu province seismic station work gradually change from emphasis on industry itself services to attention to public service of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction.
