S100B在高压氧治疗新生儿高胆红素血症变化与脑损伤中的临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨高压氧治疗新生儿高胆红素血症前后血清S100B蛋白水平及临床意义。方法:收治新生儿高胆红素血症足月患儿90例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各45例。对照组给予传统方法治疗,治疗组在传统方法治疗基础上加用高压氧治疗。结果:两组患儿S100B蛋白水平均有下降,治疗组S-100B蛋白降低幅度明显大于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患儿预后不良发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:高压氧治疗新生儿高胆红素血症能明显减少血清中S100B浓度,高压氧治疗新生儿胆红素血症效果显著,可有效减少脑损伤,是一种更为安全、有效的治疗方案。 the health department raised its own scientific research in 2017,contract number:Z20170071 Abstract Objective:To investigate the level and clinical significance of serum S100B protein before and after hyperbaric oxygen therapy for neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.Methods:90 cases of full-term neonates with hyperbilirubinemia were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 45 cases in each.The control group were treated with traditional method,and the treatment group were treated with hyperbaric oxygen on the basis of traditional therapy.Results:The levels of S100B protein in the two groups were decreased,and the decrease of S-100B protein in the treatment group was significantly greater than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of poor prognosis in the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hyperbaric oxygen therapy for neonatal hyperbilirubinemia can significantly reduce the concentration of S100B in the serum.The effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in the treatment of neonatal bilirubinemia is significant.It can obtain better therapeutic effect and reduce brain damage effectively.It is a safer and more effective treatment for neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.
