经尿道电切术和开放手术治疗早期膀胱癌的手术效果及预后分析

Analysis on the treatment effect and prognosis of transurethral resection and open surgery for early bladder cancer

目的:探讨经尿道电切术和开放手术治疗早期膀胱癌的效果及预后。方法:收治早期膀胱癌患者120例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各60例;对照组采用开放手术治疗,观察组采用经尿道电切术治疗。结果:观察组术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间均明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:经尿道电切术治疗早期膀胱癌患者的临床效果要明显高于开放手术治疗,可有效降低术中出血量,减少手术时间、住院时间,促进患者康复。

Objective:To investigate the effect and prognosis of transurethral resection and open surgery for early bladder cancer.Methods:120 patients with early bladder cancer were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group were treated with open operation,and the observation group were treated by transurethral resection.Results:The bleeding volume,operative time and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of transurethral resection of bladder cancer in the treatment of early bladder cancer is obviously higher than that of the open operation,which can effectively reduce the amount of bleeding,time of operation,time of hospitalization,and promote the recovery of patients.
