前列地尔联合依帕司他对糖尿病足的治疗效果

Effect of alprostadil combined with epalrestat in the treatment of diabetic foot

目的:探讨前列地尔联合依帕司他治疗糖尿病足的效果。方法:收治糖尿病足患者120例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用前列地尔联合依帕司他治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组局部血运改善情况和总有效率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:前列地尔联合依帕司他对糖尿病足的治疗效果明显,而且较为安全。

Objective:To explore the effect of alprostadil combined with epalrestat in the treatment of diabetic foot.Methods:120 diabetic foot patients were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment.The observation group was treated with alprostadil combined with epalrestat.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results:In the observation group,the improvement of local blood flow and the total effective rate were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of alprostadil combined with epalrestat in the treatment of diabetic foot was significant,and it was safer.
