摘要
目的:探讨糖尿病肾病患者血液透析中低血糖管理的持续质量改进效果。方法:收治血液透析糖尿病肾病患者98例,随机分为对照组和研究组。对照组给予常规低血糖防治措施,研究组给予低血糖管理的持续质量改进观察。结果:对照组低血糖发生率明显高于研究组(P<0.05)。结论:给予血液透析糖尿病肾病患者低血糖管理的持续质量改进观察方式具有显著临床效果,可以减少患者低血糖发生情况。
Objective:To explore the continuous quality improvement of hypoglycemic management in diabetic nephropathy patients during hemodialysis.Methods:98 patients with diabetic nephropathy in hemodialysis were randomly divided into the control group and the study group.The control group were given routine hypoglycemic control measures.The patients in the study group were given continuous quality improvement observation of hypoglycemia management.Results:The incidence of hypoglycemia in the control group was significantly higher than that in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous quality improvement observation for the management of hypoglycemia in patients with hemodialysis diabetic nephropathy has significant clinical effect and can reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia in patients.
