有限切开解剖锁定钢板内固定治疗老年肱骨近端骨折35例临床疗效

Clinical effect of limited open anatomical locking plate internal fixation in the treatment of proximal humeral fractures in 35 cases of elderly patients

目的:探讨有限切开解剖锁定钢板内固定术治疗老年肱骨近端骨折的效果。方法:收治老年肱骨近端骨折患者35例,采用有限切开解剖锁定钢板内固定术治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:术后2周内有2例因冠心病并发心律失常发作死亡,其他33例术后随访6个月,29例获得骨性愈合,平均愈合时间2～3个月。术后出现并发症4例。结论:有限切开解剖锁定钢板内固定术治疗老年肱骨近端骨折的效果良好。

Objective:To explore the effect of limited open anatomical locking plate internal fixation in the treatment of proximal humeral fractures in elderly patients.Methods:35 elderly patients with proximal humeral fractures were selected.They were treated with limited open anatomical locking plate internal fixation.We observed the therapeutic effect.Results:Within 2 weeks after operation,2 patients died of arrhythmia due to coronary heart disease;the other 33 cases were followed up for 6 months after operation;29 cases got bone healing;the average healing time was 2 to 3 months.Postoperative complications were found in 4 cases.Conclusion:The effect of limited open anatomical locking plate internal fixation in the treatment of proximal humeral fractures in elderly patients was good.
