甲磺酸氨氯地平联合替米沙坦治疗老年高血压临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of amlodipine mesylate combined with telmisartan in the treatment of elderly hypertension

目的:探讨甲磺酸氨氯地平联合替米沙坦治疗老年高血压的疗效。方法:收治老年高血压患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组给予甲磺酸氨氯地平治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合替米沙坦治疗。结果:观察组临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后收缩压和舒张压均较治疗前明显改善,且观察组改善程度明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:甲磺酸氨氯地平联合替米沙坦治疗老年高血压临床疗效更为显著,能有效控制患者血压,且安全、可靠。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of amlodipine mesylate combined with telmisartan in the treatment of elderly hypertension.Methods:100 elderly patients with hypertension were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with amlodipine mesylate,and the observation group was treated with telmisartan on the basis of the control group.Results:The total clinical treatment effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the systolic pressure and diastolic pressure of the two groups were significantly improved after the treatment,and the improvement of the observation group was significantly greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Amlodipine mesylate combined with telmisartan in the treatment of elderly hypertension is more effective.It can control the blood pressure of patients effectively,and is safe and reliable.
