摘要
目的:探讨背景音乐在错畸形正畸治疗中的应用效果。方法:将120例错畸形患者随机分为背景音乐组与对照组。对照组接受常规的正畸治疗,背景音乐组在此基础上给予背景轻音乐。结果:背景音乐组的治疗配合率、治疗所用时间及心率变化与对照组相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:背景音乐可改善错畸形患者治疗时的心理障碍,对其完成正畸治疗具有积极的促进作用。
Objective:To explore the effect of background music in orthodontic treatment of malocclusion.Methods:120 cases of malocclusion were randomly divided into the background music group and the control group.The control group received conventional orthodontic treatment,while the background music group received light music on the basis of conventional orthodontic treatment.Results:There was a statistically significant difference in the treatment coordination rate,time of treatment and heart rate between the background music group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Background music can improve mental disorders in patients with malocclusion,and has a positive effect on the completion of orthodontic treatment.
