桑菊饮加味治疗小儿风热咳嗽疗效观察

Clinical observation on Sangju decoction in the treatment of children with wind heat cough

目的:探讨桑菊饮加味治疗小儿风热咳嗽的疗效。方法:收治小儿风热咳嗽患者96例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各48例。对照组给予消炎、止咳化痰、退热药物等常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予桑菊饮加味治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后咳嗽停止时间、体温恢复时间、祛痰时间均较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论:桑菊饮加味治疗小儿风热咳嗽的临床效果显著,且无不良反应。

Objective:To investigate the curative effect of Sangju decoction in treating pediatric heat cough.Methods:96 cases of children with wind and heat cough were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 48 cases in each.The control group were given the routine treatment of anti-inflammatory,cough and phlegm,antipyretic drugs,and the treatment group were treated with Sanju decoction based on the treatment given in the control group.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the coughing time,the temperature recovery time and the expectorant time after the treatment in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Sangju decoction in the treatment of children with wind heat cough was significantly,and has no adverse reaction.
