妇科阴道炎临床诊断及治疗效果观察

Clinical diagnosis and treatment effect of gynecologic vaginitis

目的:探讨阴道炎临床诊断方法和治疗效果。方法:收治阴道炎患者200例,分为对照组和试验组。对照组采用硝酸咪康唑栓+康妇炎胶囊治疗,试验组根据阴道炎类型不同采用不同的治疗方法,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:临床上对于阴道炎的治疗应该根据其类型不同采用不同的治疗方法。

Objective:To explore the clinical diagnosis and treatment effect of gynecologic vaginitis.Methods:200 cases of vaginitis were selected.They were divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group was treated with miconazole nitrate suppositories plus Kang Fu Yan capsule.The experimental group was treated with different treatment methods according to the different type of vaginitis.We compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:When we treat vaginitis clinically,we should choose different treatment methods according to their different types.
