原俞配穴埋线联合皮内针疗法对原发性失眠症患者疗效的影响

Effect of Yuan Yu Pei Xue Mai Xian combined with intradermal needle therapy on the curative effect of primary insomnia

目的:探讨原俞配穴联合皮内针疗法对原发性失眠症患者睡眠质量的疗效影响。方法:收治原发性失眠症患者100例,随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组采用原俞配穴埋线联合皮内针治疗,对照组采用艾司唑仑药物治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组较对照组治疗后的PSQI指数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组对PSQI的改善都获得了较好的临床疗效(P<0.05)。试验组内,治疗后较治疗前PSQI指数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),患者睡眠质量改善总有效率达到88%。结论:原俞配穴埋线联合皮内针疗法能有效改善原发性失眠症患者的睡眠疗效,提高生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of Yuan Yu Pei Xue Mai Xian combined with intradermal needle therapy on the curative effect of sleep quality of primary insomnia.Methods:100 patients with primary insomnia were selected,and they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group was treated by Yuan Yu Pei Xue Mai Xian combined with intradermal needle therapy,and the control group was treated with estazolam.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the PSQI index after treatment between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).The two groups had better clinical effect on the improvement of PSQI(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the difference of PSQI index after treatment was statistically significant compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of sleep quality improvement was 88%.Conclusion:Yuan Yu Pei Xue Mai Xian combined with intradermal needle therapy can effectively improve the sleep effect of the patients with primary insomnia and improve the quality of life.
