多种生化指标检验在脂肪肝诊断中的应用

Application of multiple biochemical tests in the diagnosis of fatty liver

目的:探讨脂肪肝患者检测多种血清生化指标的应用效果。方法:收治脂肪肝患者115例设为观察组,并抽选同期本院体检健康志愿者115例设为对照组;对两组多项血清生化指标进行检测,比较两组各项生化指标检测结果。结果:观察组血清天门冬氨酸氨基转换酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转换酶(ALT)、胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酶(TG)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:血清中TC、TG、AST、ALT等生化指标可作为诊断脂肪肝的参考指标。

Objective:To explore the application effect of various serum biochemical indexes in fatty liver patients.Methods:115 cases of fatty liver were selected as the observation group and 115 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group in the same period of our hospital;the serum biochemical indexes of two groups were detected and the results of biochemical indexes of two groups were compared.Results:The serum levels of AST,ALT,TC and TG of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Serum TC,TG,AST,ALT and other biochemical indicators can be used as a reference index for the diagnosis of fatty liver.
