胰岛素血清学联合糖化血红蛋白检测在2型糖尿病临床诊断中的应用分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:胰岛素血清学联合糖化血红蛋白检测在2型糖尿病诊断中的价值。方法:收治2型糖尿病患者57例为研究组,行健康体检对象46例为对照组。均进行糖化血红蛋白和胰岛素血清学检测。结果:研究组PGRN、Wnt5a、SPARC水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05),SFRP5水平比对照组低(P<0.05)。对照组糖化血红蛋白水平>7%的百分率显著低于研究组(P<0.05)。研究组患者餐后2 h血糖水平及空腹血糖水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对2型糖尿病患者应用胰岛素血清学联合糖化血红蛋白检测价值较高,在进行2型糖尿病早期诊断和预防方面具有重要意义。 Objective:To explore the value of insulin serological test combined with glycosylated hemoglobin detection in clinical diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:57 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected as the study group,and 46 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.All of them received glycosylated hemoglobin and insulin serological test.Results:In the study group,the levels of PGRN,Wnt5a and SPARC were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the level of SFRP5 was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).In the control group,the percentage of glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)above 7%was significantly lower than that in the study group(P<0.05).In the study group,the 2-hour postprandial blood glucose level and fasting blood glucose level were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The value of insulin serological test combined with glycosylated hemoglobin detection in clinical diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus was high.It was of great significance in early diagnosis and prevention of type 2 diabetes.
