心脏外科手术护理中快速康复外科理念的应用分析

Application of fast track surgery concept in cardiac surgery nursing

目的:探讨快速康复外科理念应用于心脏外科手术中的效果。方法:收治行心脏外科手术治疗患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在快速康复理念下进行护理。结果:观察组护理总满意度明显高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,观察组手术时间、苏醒时间、拔管时间和排气时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:快速康复理念下护理效果更为显著,可明显提高治疗有效性和安全性,有利于患者病情的恢复和预后效果改善。

Objective:To explore the effect of fast track surgery concept in cardiac surgery.Methods:80 patients with cardiac surgery were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was nursing under the concept of rapid rehabilitation.Results:The total satisfaction degree of nursing of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group;the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,the operation time,the awakening time,the extubation time and the exhaust time of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of the nursing program under the concept of rapid rehabilitation is more remarkable,which can obviously improve the efficacy and safety of the treatment,and it is beneficial to the recovery of the patient's condition and the improvement of the prognosis effect.
