优质护理对胃镜治疗上消化道出血的临床效果

Clinical effect of high quality nursing on patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding treated by gastroscopy

目的:探讨对胃镜治疗上消化道出血患者应用优质护理的临床效果。方法:收治胃镜医治的上消化道出血患者94例,按照临床护理方案的不同分为对照组和观察组,各47例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予优质护理。结果:观察组心率、动脉压均优于对照组,且操作时间比对照组短(P<0.01);观察组抑郁、焦虑心理评分均低于对照组,且医治后6、12和24 h舒适度评分均比对照组高(P<0.01)。结论:对胃镜治疗上消化道出血患者应用优质护理能稳定其心率、动脉压,缩短操作时间,且改善患者负性心理和提高舒适度。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of high quality nursing for patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding treated by gastroscopy.Methods:94 cases of upper gastrointestinal bleeding who were treated by gastroscopy were selected.According to the different clinical nursing plans,they were divided into the control group and the observation group with 47 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given high quality nursing on this basis.Results:The heart rate and arterial pressure during the treatment of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the operation time was shorter than the control group(P<0.01);the scores of depression and anxiety of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the 6,12 and 24h comfort scores after the treatment were all higher than those of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The application of high quality nursing to patients with gastroenteric hemorrhage can stabilize the heart rate,arterial pressure,shorten the operation time,improve the patient's negative psychology and improve the comfort.
