贫困大学生内在就业竞争力探析——基于结构方程模型方法

Analysis of Inherent Employment Ability of Poor College Students——Based on Structural Equation Model

为提升贫困大学生就业竞争力,同时帮助学校改进贫困大学生就业竞争力的管理,通过大学生、家庭、学校三个维度分析了影响贫困大学生内在就业竞争力的因素,应用结构方程模型定量分析三者对贫困大学生内在就业竞争力的影响作用。结果表明:学校支持对专业培育起明显正向作用,专业培育和个体素质共同影响贫困大学生内在就业竞争力,但个体素质对专业培育的影响不明显、学校支持难以改变个体素质。

In order to improve the poor college students'inherent employment ability,and help the college to improve the management of poor college students'inherent employment ability,according to college students,family and college,the article analyses the factors which influence poor college students'inherent employment ability.It adopts the structural equation model to provide quantitative analysis on how these three factors influence poor college students'inherent employment ability.The result shows that support from college has positive effect on professional education,professional education and individual quality will influence the poor college students'inherent employment ability.However,support fromcollege can not change the individual quality.
