摘要
通过研究飞行员心理胜任力理想模型,为飞行员职业人格选拔和培训提供针对性策略,减少人为因素差错,提高飞行安全。利用文献研究法、深度访谈法、问卷调查法、统计分析法等研究方法,搭建民航飞行员心理胜任力模型,共包含42个项目,分为严谨性、自省性、顺从性、敢为性、自信性、支配性、稳定性、外向性8个维度。经数据验证,民航飞行员心理胜任力模型具有良好的信度和效度,可为飞行员选拔与培训提供实践指导。
Through interview and psychological competency questionnaire for civil pilots,the psychological competency model is constructed,finding out whether pilots’personality affects aviation safety.Qualitative and quantitative methods such as document research,interview,questionnaire,exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis are employed.Pilots’psychological competency model is constructed including 42 items and 8 dimen鄄sions such as strictness,introspectiveness,compliance,boldness,confidence,dominance,constancy and extro鄄version.Data validation proves the reliability and validity of the current research tool.The pilots’psychological competency model is helpful for pilots’selection and training.
