共建共治共享的社区警务工作创新研究——以城乡结合部流动人口集聚社区为研究对象

当前,随着我国社会治理要求的不断提高、格局的不断创新,社区警务工作作为社会治理中的重要组成部分,也自然肩负了更新完善的要求和任务。城乡结合部流动人口多,外来人口占总人口比重大,各类案件高发,为社会治理工作带来了极大挑战。面对如此严峻的治安形势,城乡结合部流动人口社区应积极响应"打造共建共治共享的社会治理格局"的总要求,努力打造一个具有"共建"合力、"共治"主体、"共享"成果三位一体的社区警务工作新模式。

At present,with the continuous improvement of the requirements for social governance in our country and the continuous innovation of the pattern,community policing,as an important part of social governance,naturally shoulders the requirements and tasks of updating and perfecting.There are many floating populations in the urban-rural junction,the ratio of the population to the total population is significant,and the number of different kinds of cases is really high,which has brought great challenges to social governance.In the face of such a grave security situation,the floating population community in the urban and rural areas should actively respond to the general requirements of“building a social governance structure for co-construction,co-governance,and sharing”.And all the efforts should be made to create a new model of community policing with the“co-construction”joint force,“co-governance”subject,and“sharing”results.
