辽宁地区猪繁殖与呼吸综合征免疫抗体的检测分析

Detection and Analysis of immune Antibodies about Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome in Liaoning Area

为了解辽宁地区猪繁殖与呼吸综合征的免疫抗体水平,本试验采用ELISA方法对辽宁地区2 260份血清进行猪繁殖与呼吸综合征的免疫抗体水平检测,以期准确了解该病的免疫效果,及时做好相关的补免工作。结果显示:猪群猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)的抗体阳性率为95.13%,免疫效果较好,地区间差异不明显,春季和秋季免疫力略低,哺乳仔猪免疫抗体阳性率要低于其他时期的猪群,散养户要低于种场和商品代场户,不同品系中长白猪的阳性率最高。

In order to understand the immune antibody level of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(PRRS)in Liaoning area,the ELISA method was used to detect the immune antibody level of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome in Liaoning area,which will master the immune effect of PRRS and finish relevant supplementary work.in time.The results showed that the antibody positive rate was 95.13%.The immune effect was better.There was no obvious difference between regions,immunity was slightly lower in spring and autumn,the positive rate of antibody in suckling piglets was lower than that in other periods.The positive rate of piglets in bulk was lower than that in seed farms and commercial farms.The positive rate of Landrace pigs in different strains was the highest.
