指间关节侧副韧带损伤是临床上较常见的手部外伤,绝大部分发生部位是近侧指间关节。目前治疗手段主要有非手术治疗、侧副韧带修复、侧副韧带重建及晚期小关节镜下治疗、指间关节表面置换术等。本文将对近年来指间关节侧副韧带损伤的研究进行综述。

Interphalangeal joint collateral ligament injury is a more common clinical hand injury,the majority of the site is the proximal interphalangeal joint.The current treatment methods include non-surgical treatment,lateral collateral ligament repair,lateral collateral ligament reconstruction and late arthroscopic treatment,and articular surface replacement.This article will review the research of the interphalangeal collateral ligament injury in recent years.
