推拿手法治疗慢性腰肌劳损的疗效研究

Effect of Manipulation on Chronic Lumbar Muscle Strain

目的探讨推拿手法治疗慢性腰肌劳损患者的临床疗效。方法选择2017年8月~2018年2月于本院诊治的60例慢性腰肌劳损患者随机平均分为推拿电针组、电针组和对照组,各组20例。推拿电针组给予TDP烤灯、电针及推拿治疗;电针组给予TDP烤灯和电针治疗;对照组仅给予TDP烤灯治疗,三组均隔日1次,治疗10次。观察三组患者ODI、VAS评分变化情况及治疗有效率。结果推拿电针组,电针组和对照组有效率分别为95.00%,85.00%和65.00%;推拿电针组有效率高于电针组和对照组,同时电针组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组中治疗后ODI、VAS评分均较治疗前改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且推拿电针组ODI、VAS评分均优于电针组和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电针配合推拿手法可改善慢性腰肌劳损患者肢体功能活动,缓解患者疼痛症状,疗效显著。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of manipulation in the treatment of chronic lumbar muscle strain.Methods From August 2017 to February 2018,60 patients with chronic lumbar muscle strain were randomly divided into three groups:manipulation electroacupuncture group,electroacupuncture group and control group,with 20 cases each.The manipulation electroacupuncture group was given TDP baking lamp,electroacupuncture and manipulation treatment;the electroacupuncture group was given TDP baking lamp and electroacupuncture treatment;the control group was only given TDP baking lamp treatment,the three groups were treated once every other day for 10 times in all.The changes of ODI,VAS score and the effective rate of treatment were observed in the three groups.Results The effective rates of manipulation electroacupuncture group,electroacupuncture group and control group were 95.00%,85.00%and 65.00%,respectively,the effective rate of manipulation electroacupuncture group was higher than that of electroacupuncture group and control group,and the electroacupuncture group was superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of ODI and VAS in the three groups were improved after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the scores of ODI and VAS in electroacupuncture group were better than those in electroacupuncture group and control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture combined with manipulation can improve limb function and relieve pain symptoms in patients with chronic lumbar muscle strain,the curative effect is remarkable.
