机体外伤应激状态时血常规的变化情况观察

Observation on the Changes of Blood Routine during Traumatic Stress

目的探究机体外伤应激状态时血常规的变化,以期为应激性病理变化的治疗和预防提供有效依据。方法选取瓦房店第二医院2015年6月~2017年6月收治的复合骨折外伤患者80例作为观察组,并选择同期在我院进行健康体检者80例作为对照组,检测并对比两组患者血液应激标志物及血常规差异。结果观察组患者空腹血糖和超敏C反应蛋白水平,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组红细胞数、淋巴细胞数、血小板数,低于对照组;白细胞数、中性粒细胞绝对值、单核细胞数,高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论机体外伤应激状态患者血常规指标会出现明显改变,因此可以通过血常规变化为应激性疾病的预防和治疗提供参考指标。

Objective To investigate the changes of blood routine during traumatic stress,and to provide effective basis for the treatment and prevention of stress pathological changes.Methods From June 2015 to June 2017,80 patients with multiple fracture injuries were selected as observation group,and 80 patients who underwent physical examination in our hospital were selected as control group.Blood stress markers and blood routine were detected and compared between the two groups.Results The levels of fasting blood glucose and hypersensitive C-reactive protein in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of erythrocytes,lymphocytes and platelets in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,while the number of white blood cells,the absolute value of neutrophils and the number of monocytes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The blood routine index of the patients with stress in the body can be changed obviously,so it can be used as a reference index for the prevention and treatment of stress disease through the change of blood routine.
