摘要 目的探讨标本不同程度溶血对神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)测定结果的影响。方法选取我院80例健康体检者的全血标本作为观察对象,采用德国罗氏诊断有限公司生产的Roche全自动电化学发光免疫分析仪测定同一标本在溶血前及溶血后血清中NSE的浓度,比较各组之间的差异性。结果轻度溶血组与重度溶血组的血清NSE浓度均高于对照组的血清NSE浓度,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不同程度的溶血标本对血清NSE浓度的测定均有影响,检测时应尽量避免标本溶血。 Objective To investigate the effects of different levels of hemolysis on neuron specific enolase(NSE).Methods The whole blood samples of 80 health examiners in our hospital were selected as the object of observation.The Roche full automatic electrochemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer produced by the German Roche Diagnostics Ltd was used to determine the concentration of NSE in the same specimen before and after hemolysis and to compare the differences between the groups.Results The serum NSE concentration in the mild hemolysis group and the severe hemolytic group was higher than that in the control group(NSE),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Different degrees of hemolysis specimens have an effect on the determination of serum NSE concentration,and hemolysis should be avoided when testing.
