Hospital scientific research archives are an important carrier for medical scientific research.It contains a large number of scientific research achievements,scientific and technological patents,high-tech and innovative scientific research ideas and other scientific research information.It plays an important role in the scientific research and practical value evaluation of hospital scientific research work.As an important part of the network system of archival work,part-time archivists of scientific research are the collectors of the original data of first-hand scientific research.Its quality directly affects the working quality of scientific research archives.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the contingent of part-time archivists in hospitals,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The aim is to establish a qualified contingent of part-time archivists for scientific research,to improve the management level of scientific research archives,to give full play to the role of archives,and to promote the healthy development of the cause of scientific research archives in hospitals.
