微创手术与传统手术对指屈肌腱损伤患者术后恢复、肢体功能影响的比较研究

摘要 目的比较微创手术与传统手术对指屈肌腱损伤患者术后恢复、肢体功能影响的差异。方法选择2014年8月~2017年3月在我院接受手术治疗的78例指屈肌腱损伤患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为两组,微创组接受微创修复手术、对照组接受传统开放修复手术。手术后,评价整体疗效、切口愈合情况以及肢体功能评分。结果微创组患者术后的整体疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);术后切口I期愈合的比例高于对照组,切口愈合情况优于对照组(P<0.05);手术后6周及12周时,观察组患者的手指损伤功能评分均低于对照组,Corroll上肢功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微创手术用于指屈肌腱损伤治疗的整体疗效优于传统手术,术后切口愈合及肢体功能均更为理想。 Objective To compare the effect of minimally invasive surgery and conventional surgery on the recovery and limb function of patients with flexor digitorum tendon injuries.Methods 78 patients with flexor tendon injuries who underwent surgery in our hospital from August 2014 to March 2017 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into two groups by random number table method.The minimally invasive group received minimally invasive repair surgery,and the control group received conventional open repair surgery.After surgery,the overall efficacy,wound healing,and limb function scores were evaluated.Results The overall curative effect of the minimally invasive group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The percentage of wound healing at the first stage was higher than that of the control group,and the wound healing was better than the control group(P<0.05);At 6 weeks and 12 weeks after surgery,the index finger function scores were lower in the observation group than in the control group,and Corroll's upper limb function scores were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive surgery is better than conventional surgery in the treatment of flexor digitorum tendon injuries.Postoperative wound healing and limb function are more ideal.
