温针灸与针刺治疗老年性膝骨关节病的临床疗效对比 被引量:3

Comparison of Clinical Effects of Warming Acupuncture and Acupuncture in the Treatment of Senile Knee Osteoarthropathy

摘要 目的探究温针灸与针刺治疗老年性膝骨关节病的临床疗效。方法选取我院2015年1月~2017年1月收治的老年性膝骨关节病患者110例,按随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,每组55例。实验组采取温针灸疗法,对照组采取针刺治疗。对比两组患者治疗有效率、治疗前后膝关节评分和疼痛量表评分。结果实验组治疗有效率为94.55%,高于对照组的74.55%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后1周、2周,实验组膝关节HSS评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后1周,实验组膝关节ROM评分为(82.24±9.46)分,高于对照组的(75.24±9.32)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗2周,两组膝关节ROM评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前后,两组间疼痛量表VAS评分及评分差值对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与针刺治疗相比,温针灸能在较短时间内缓解患者膝骨关节疼痛,且治疗方式较适宜老年患者。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of warming acupuncture and acupuncture on senile knee osteoarthropathy.Methods 110 patients with senile knee osteoarthropathy admitted in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 55 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with warm acupuncture,the control group was treated with acupuncture.The effective rate of treatment,knee joint score and pain scale before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 94.55%,which was higher than that in the control group 74.55%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of HSS of knee joint in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group at 1 week and 2 weeks after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).One week after treatment,the ROM score of the knee joint in the experimental group was(82.24±9.46)points,which was higher than that in the control group(75.24±9.32)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,there was no significant difference in ROM score between the two groups(P>0.05).Before and after treatment,there was no significant difference in VAS score and score difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with acupuncture,warm acupuncture can relieve the pain of knee bone and joint in a short time,and the treatment is more suitable for elderly patients.
