摘要
目的探讨冠状动脉介入治疗冠心病(CHD)的疗效及对患者血清炎症因子的影响。方法收集我院自2015年10月~2017年11月收治的CHD患者120例作为观察对象,按治疗方式的不同分为实验组与对照组,每组60例。对照组给予常规药物对症治疗,实验组则给予经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)治疗,对比两组治疗效果以及治疗前后IL-6、CRP、TNF-α等血清炎症因子变化情况。结果实验组治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的78.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者血清炎症因子IL-6、CRP、TNF-α水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后7 d,实验组IL-6为(12.14±3.57)pg/L、CRP为(5.40±2.41)mg/L、TNF-α为(9.61±3.12)ng/ml,均分别低于对照组的(14.02±3.64)pg/L、(8.26±2.58)mg/L、(12.28±3.56)ng/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠状动脉介入治疗CHD疗效显著,可有效下调患者血清炎症因子水平,促进康复,具有较高的推广价值。
Objective To investigate the effect of coronary intervention on coronary heart disease(CHD)and its effect on serum inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 120 patients with CHD admitted to our hospital from October 2015 to November 2017 were collected for observation.According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into experimental group and control group,with 60 patients in each group.The control group was given symptomatic treatment with conventional drugs.The experimental group was treated with percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).The effect of treatment and the change of serum inflammatory factors such as IL-6,CRP and TNF-αbefore and after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,which was higher than that of the control group 78.33%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the levels of serum inflammatory cytokines IL-6,CRP,and TNF-αin the two groups were not statistically different(P>0.05).7 d after treatment,IL-6 in the experimental group was(12.14±3.57)pg/L,CRP was(5.40±2.41)mg/L,and TNF-αwas(9.61±3.12)ng/ml,both were significantly lower than the control group(14.02±3.64)pg/L,(8.26±2.58)mg/L,(12.28±3.56)ng/ml,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Coronary interventional therapy for CHD is effective and can effectively reduce the serum inflammatory factor levels and promote rehabilitation.It has a higher value for promotion.
