PDCA护理管理对淋巴瘤患者PICC护理效果分析

Effect of PDCA Nursing Management on PICC Care of Patients with Lymphoma

目的分析PDCA护理管理在淋巴瘤患者PICC护理中的价值。方法纳入我院2016年10月~2017年10月60例淋巴瘤患者为研究对象,采用数字抽签法随机分成A、B两组,每组30例。两组均行PICC,A组行PDCA护理管理,B组行常规护理。观察A、B两组置管时间、并发症发生率、护理质量及护理满意率。结果 A组置管时间、护理质量、护理满意率,高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),A组置管并发症率6.70%,低于B组33.30%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PDCA护理管理可延长PICC置管时间,降低并发症,提高护理质量及护理满意率。

Objective To analyze the value of PDCA nursing management in PICC nursing of lymphoma patients.Methods In our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017,60 patients with lymphoma were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into two groups,A and B,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups received PICC,group A received PDCA care,and group B received routine care.Observed group A,B in the two groups of catheterization time,complication rate,nursing quality and care satisfaction rate.Results The time of placement,quality of care,and satisfaction rate of care in group A were higher than those in group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of catheterization in group A was 6.70%,which was lower than that in group B 33.30%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA nursing management can prolong PICC catheterization time,reduce complications,improve nursing quality and nursing satisfaction rate.
