Stochastic Optical Reconstruction Microscopy(STORM)is one of the super-resolution microscopy,which pro-vides resolutions down to a few tens of nanometers by exploiting the cycling of dyes between uorescent and nonuorescent states to obtain a sparse population of emitters and precisely localizing them individually[1].The key material is the uorescent dyes are photo-switchable thousands of times before they turn quenched completely.Fluorescent proteins and organic dyes are the two main kinds of uorescent dyes in the experiment[2].The former are widely used in the living cell,the latter are used in the xed cells in the form of single dye or dye pair[3].
