摘要
建设高素质专业化教师队伍是推动职业教育质量提升的根本保证,当前,在中职教师信息技术应用能力培养和提升方面还没有一个高效、系统的操作模式。从基层学校可操作的角度,以陶行知的"终生教育"和"教学做合一"思想为指导,探索构建"双主体三融合"的中职教师信息技术应用能力培养和提升的模式。
Building up a professional teaching team of high quality is the guarantee of a good vocational education.Nowadays,in vocational schools there isn’t an efficient and systematic operation model for the cultivation and promotion of teachers’IT application ability.Taking the feasibility from the perspective of an ordinary vocational school and the principle of Lifelong Education and A Unity of DO,Learn and Teach,which is proposed by the educator Tao Xingzhi,into consideration,this thesis attempts to explore how to build up an incorporated training mode to cultivate and improve secondary vocational teachers'IT application ability.
