摘要
PDCA循环是按照Plan、Do、Check和Adjust的顺序循环进行质量管理的科学程序,应用管理学PDCA循环的质量管理理念对高职电子类专业课程进行质量管理具有一定的实践指导意义。分析了高职电子类专业PDCA课程质量管理模式下课程设置、教学实施、质量监控和考核评价、教学过程改进四个阶段。总结了PDCA课程管理的实践经验,对课程管理模型的运用提出完善建议,进而有效促进了课程管理的科学化。
PDCA cycle operates on the scientific sequence of Plan,Do,Check and Adjust to achieve quality management.The application of the concept of PDCA cycle management to programs and courses management has a certain practical guiding significance for higher vocational colleges.This paper analyzes the four stages of management:curriculum setting,teaching implementation,quality monitoring and assessment with reference to PDCA course quality management mode.It also summarizes the practical experiences of PDCA curriculum management,putting forward some suggestions for the application of curriculum management model,and thus effectively promoting curricula management.
