摘要
新时代的专业建设,更注重"以学生为中心"的成人成长成才。企(产)业学院有效教育链、人才链与产业链、创新链,聚焦于"课堂革命"这一关键环节以深度协同育人,追踪"一个"科学发展前沿、掌握"一本"得心应手的教材、研制"一套"科学的教案、深入"一家"真心用自己的企业、吸引"一群"喜欢自己的学生、打造"一批"属于自己的成果。地方产业升级与行业企业的新需求以及学生与学情的新变化,又赋予"六个一"育人实践以新的时代内容,需不断地因事而化、因时而进、因势而新。
In the New Era,more and more emphasis has been laid on“student-based”cultivation of talents for higher vocational education.Now with the help of enterprise colleges,government,industries,enterprises,colleges,teaching staff and students come together out of shared interests to focus on“classroom revolution”through in-depth cooperation.In the process we try six set of possible means:tracking the frontiers of industry&enterprise,grasping a handy textbook,making a scientific teaching-design,attracting a group of souls from our students and fostering some results of our own.All these are supposed to keep up with the new requirements of local industries,enterprises and students as well.
