基于有效教学理论的行业英语教师教学动机的问题与对策研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过对浙江4所高职院校行业英语教师进行问卷调查,研究了高职行业英语教师教学动机,并对不同性别、学历、职称的高职行业英语教师的教学动机进行了分析。研究结果表明:(1)高职行业英语教师教学动机整体水平一般,成就动机最强,情趣动机最弱。(2)性别在职责动机和成就动机维度呈显著性差异。男教师在职责动机及成就动机均强于女教师。(3)不同职称行业英语教师在职责动机和成就动机呈显著性差异。职责和成就动机方面职称越高教学动机就越强。(4)不同学历的行业英语教师在成就动机、社会服务动机和情趣动机呈显著性差异。 This paper looks into the motives of the EOP teachers in the higher vocational colleges through a questionnaire in 4 Vocational Colleges in Zhejiang and analyzes how the teaching motivations of English teachers vary with different sexes,educational backgrounds,professional titles.The results shows that:(1)The overall level of teaching motivation of EOP teachers in higher vocational education remains at an average level,with the motivation of achievement being the strongest and the motivation of interest being the weakest.(2)There is a significant difference in gender between duty motivation and achievement motivation.Male teachers’duty motivation and achievement motivation are stronger than that of female teachers.(3)There are significant differences in duty motivation and achievement motivation of English teachers with different professional titles.The higher the professional titles are,the higher and the stronger the teaching motivation is.(4)There are significant differences in achievement motivation,social service motivation and interest motivation among EOP teachers with different academic qualifications.
